Ammo inventory tracker: every box, counted
Know how much ammo you have without opening a single can. Arms & Ammo Log counts every box by caliber and keeps the count right as you buy and shoot.
How the count works
Each product is one kind of ammo: a caliber, a brand, a bullet type and how many rounds come in a box. You enter how many boxes you have, and the app works out the rounds, for that product, for each caliber and in total.
- Add or take out a box in one tap, or several at once with a date and a note.
- Home shows your total rounds and a bar for each caliber.
- Summaries break your stock down by caliber and by bullet type.

Low-stock limits
Set a limit for any caliber, say 200 rounds of 12GA, and Home flags it as soon as you drop below. It’s the reminder to buy before a match or a hunt, not after.
Range trips take care of the math
After a range day, record what you shot. The boxes come off your stock by themselves, so the count stays true without a pencil and a spare minute.
A history you can trust
Every change is kept with its date: what you added, what you used and every trip. Search it, filter it by month or by kind of change, and correct or delete any entry, with undo. You can never take out more than you have: the app stops you and says by how much.

Take it with you
Save your stock as a spreadsheet when you want it on a computer, or keep an encrypted backup somewhere safe. Nothing is uploaded: the app has no internet access at all. More on that on the offline inventory page.
Questions
What happens if I try to remove more than I have?
The app won’t let a product go below zero. It stops you and says how many boxes you actually have.
Can I fix a mistake in my history?
Yes. Any entry can be corrected or deleted, and Undo brings it back if you change your mind.
Do I need to add my firearms to track ammo?
No. Ammo works on its own. If you do add firearms, each one shows the rounds you have for its caliber.
